The hotel’s location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. The Christmas decorations were on point and made the atmosphere festive. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, with a wide variety of menu options.
The staff was not particularly friendly or accommodating. The rooms were dated and could use some modernization.

This hotel offers spacious and spotless bedrooms with modern bathrooms. It is conveniently located just off the center of Chinon, allowing easy access to explore the town, chateaux, and surrounding area. the staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a personal and accommodating service. the restaurant offers a varied menu with imaginative presentation and a wide selection of Loire wines. the hotel also offers free wifi and a private car park for a small fee.
The need to park on the main road a few yards away from the hotel may be a drawback for some guests.

Great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. Room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city from the window. the restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The hotel did not have its own parking, and street parking was limited. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night.
